GovPulse is a contract monitoring service that aggregates publicly available government contract opportunities from SAM.gov and delivers them to users via email alerts and a web dashboard. We help small businesses discover federal contracting opportunities that match their industry and preferences.

No Government Affiliation

GovPulse is an independent, privately operated service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SAM.gov, the General Services Administration (GSA), or any federal, state, or local government agency. All government contract data is sourced from publicly available APIs and websites.

Data Accuracy & Completeness

Contract data displayed on GovPulse is provided "as is" from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, current, or error-free. You should always verify contract details directly on SAM.gov or with the contracting agency before taking action.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

GovPulse is a monitoring and notification tool. We do not guarantee that you will find, win, or successfully bid on any contract. We are not responsible for missed opportunities, failed bids, late submissions, or any business decisions made based on data provided through our service.

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to use our services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pricing & Billing

GovPulse offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovPulse and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, data loss, or business interruption — regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

The GovPulse name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of GovPulse. Government contract data sourced from SAM.gov is in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
